In December 2018, TIME and Felix & Paul Studios launched VR cameras — built to operate in zero-gravity — to the International Space Station.
Over the next year and a half, astronauts from several countries aboard the station will film their daring missions more than 250 miles above the Earth to capture life in space in cinematic VR as viewers have never truly seen before.
The ISS Experience will take a historic next step, providing unprecedented access to a participatory experience — one that will culminate with the first-ever filming of a spacewalk in cinematic VR.
